2400214 - Trusted RFC Error: No authorization to log via a trusted system

Symptom

If the Frontend and the Backend system is connected with trusted RFC connection, clicking on a Fiori tile may cause one of the following errors:

  • Cannot call service with URL: /sap/opu/odata/sap/<affected service>/
  • RFC Error: No authorization to log via a trusted system (L-RC=1002 T-RC=2)

The error appears in a popup and in Gateway Error Logs too.
