2400709 - Oracle connection issue in Studio - SAP Event Stream Processor

• Oracle 12C Client is installed on the server where SAP Event Stream Processor (ESP) is installed.
• The service is created for Oracle DB via ESP Studio.
• However, when discovering the service, the following error is observed:
