2400745 - Error in "Adapt database schema" using SAP System Rename with Oracle Database

Symptom

During execution of System Rename with Oracle Database you have an errror in "Adapt database schema" step. In sapinst_dev.log you can see like this (it can have small variations):

The step createABAPSchemaUser with step key |offlineadjustment_dialogs|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|offlineadjustment_db_post|ind|ind|ind|ind|db_post|0|ora_clone_db_post_dia|ind|ind|ind|ind|ora|0|NW_OraDbSchema|ind|ind|ind|ind|oraSchema|0|createABAPSchemaUser was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step: SQL statement or script failed. DIAGNOSIS: Error message: Executable E:\oracle\<SAPSID>\11204/bin/sqlplus returns 1.. SOLUTION: For more information, see ora_sql_results.log and the Oracle documentation.).
