2400964 - How to Bypass Drivers License Expiration Date for Military Candidate - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Cannot bypass the expiration date field for driver license on  a military candidate.

Environment

  • Onboarding during orientation step on  section 2 of Employer Review and Verification panel. 

Reproducing the Issue

  • During orientation step unable to proceed when trying to complete section 2 under the List B Drivers License section.
  • The requiring expiration date for drivers license will not allow you to proceed.

Cause

  • The cause is due to incorrect selection from question " Does the document have an expiration date? The incorrect answer is Yes. By selecting "Yes" this will cause the expiration Date field to be required prior to proceeding to next step.

Resolution

  1. To bypass the expiration date field you need to choose "NO" to the question "Does the document have an expiration date?
