2401035 - LMS Report - What is the Meaning of Start Date and End Date in Learning Evaluation Report?

In the Learning Evaluation Report, the Start Date and End Date are always blank. What is the usage of these 2 fields?

• Go to LMS > Reports > Select Learning Evaluation Report 
• Define any User ID as the criteria > Run Report 
• See the exported has blank value in Start Date and End Date

The Start Date and End Date determine the Date Range of the Learning Event time.

This report shows the training effectiveness of items based on the average pretest and post-test mean scores. 

So the value of Start Date and End Date is the same as the Date you entered in From Learning Event Date and To Learning Event Date on the Report execution page.

For example, you entered From Learning Event as 1/1/2024 and To Learning Event Date as 31/12/2024, the report will export the scores of the Pre-Exams and Post-Exams associated in the items that are completed during the year of 2024.
