Symptom

  • "Capture Missing Statistics" is turned on.
  • Error 12313 on the sysstatistics table.
  • Error 12308 on the sysstaistics table:

Error: 12308, Severity: 21, State: 6
Internal error : Invalid row id (Row 40, Page 4699) encountered in the table 'sysstatistics' in database 'xx_prod'.
