2401253 - Accessing BEx queries from WebI Rich Client, "Unknown Error in SL Service" or no content displayed

When creating a Web Intelligence (WebI) report from WebI Rich Client (WRC) based on an OLAP connection such as BEx query, an error occur:

com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerException: Unknown Error in SL Service

Using WebI from the BILaunchPad, no connection is displayed when opening the "Select a BW BEx query" window
