2401382 - LAF Service error: Portal UR version is TOO old. Therefore portal UR is NOT used

Symptom

  • You observe an issue where WebDynpro stylesheets are not appearing using the expected Look and Feel/theme under a Portal iview
  • The theme instead will usually return to a "fall-back" theme such as sap_corbu or sap_tradeshow
  • Checking the default trace files you observe the error "Portal UR version is TOO old. Therefore portal UR is NOT used"
