2401506 - No Transport Requests to Select in Launchpad Designer

Symptom

  • When trying to assign a transport request from the Launchpad Designer there are no requests available in the drop-down selection.
  • There are available requests via transaction SE09.
  • The results from the /UI2/TRANSPORT/CustomizingRequests OData call are empty
