2401697 - URLEncode Function used in Open doc webi report in 4.1 SP6 P1 does not work with IE 11

Symptom

  • URLEncode Function used in Open doc webi report (parent) is not correctly passed in child report.
  • 'No data to retrieve' appears in report when hyperlink is clicked.  
  • Issue is seen with values which includes spaces eg. 'City Trousers'
