2401793 - "Delete Data" for DSO/CUBE Failed (RSM513 or RSM1125)

When click "Delete data" from context menu of DSO/InfoCube', it failed with error message：

• DSO:           Action canceled                                                            Message no. RSM513
• InfoCube:    Load of InfoCube/DataStore object * not yet finished       Message No. RSM1125

If you debug it, you should get error information in the funcion module (variable e_t_msg) below:
