2401924 - Unable to access employee data in-spite of providing RBP

Admin has access to view Employee views and Employee data.

1. However, when Admin searches any employee in action search, he/she doesn’t see tab elements relevant to employee’s data:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

2. When Admin searches any employee and clicks on quickcard to open profile, an Error: 'Access denied' is shown:

3. Admin is unable to see ‘My Employee File’ link in the Homepage dropdown:

Search for any employee in action search and click on employee's quick card to navigate to employee data.

Eventhough permission to view employee data is provided, there would be one basic permission missing which will result in this issue.

If we do user role search, we can see that the admin can access employee’s data. However, another missing permission is causing this issue.

Below permission should be given to admin along with regular employee data permissions to avoid this issue:
