2401993 - PP3 - Address Field Labels are Missing in View Mode

The labels for the Address Fields are not shown in People Profile 3 User Interface (PP3 UI)

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Home Address

• Navigate to a user's Home Address Portlet
• See the labels for the Home Address Fields are missing

• This is expected behaviour of the PP3 UI.

• The fields labels are not currently displayed in view mode.
• The Home Address is displayed in a similar layout to how it would appear on a letter.
• The fields are displayed in the order they are defined in the Data Model.
• If you wish to change the order of the fields you can create a Simple Address Format per country:
  Navigate to Admin tools:
  >Manage Data >Create New ->Simple Address format and create formats as per the country's need.
  The same view will then appear in PP3 view mode in Address.
• In both of the above cases, the labels will still not be displayed in view mode.

Please note: 

• As the home address is displayed as it would appear on a letter the effective date of the record is not displayed in view mode. 
• This can be seen by accessing the History.
