Symptom
- Unable to install SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform, fails at the prerequisite stage with the following error:
Failed: Operating system patch level (Critical) - The following error is displayed in the setupengine.log:

- Running 'patchlevel.sh –d check patches.AIX' manually results in an error code of 1 (indicating it was successful). The patchlevel.sh script only fails when it is run during the installation.
