2402208 - No FSDs created with zero or negative charge amount with FSD/ISD batch report

Symptom

In SAP TM, when the batch report for creating settlement documents (/SCMTMS/CFIR_CREATE_BATCH or /SCMTMS/SFIR_CREATE_BATCH) is run, it gives a message similar to the following:

  • "Charges zero for forwarding order xxx; FWSD/ISD not created for party xxx" and does not create any settlement documents.  
  • Charges zero for freight order/booking &2; FSD not created for party &1; /SCMTMS/SFIR 59
    However, when you create the ISD or FSD manually from UI, it displays a negative charge amount.
