Environment

Resolution
- Create an event reason by going to Manage Pay Organization > Pay and Job Structures > select Create New 'Event Reason' to create one like below:
- Next, create a business rule that will trigger the workflow:
- Go to Configure Business Rules
- Select Basic, click Create New Rule, base object = Event Reason
- Go to Parameter's in the top right and select Job Information for the base object
- Copy and paste "jobinformation" into the code and context section
- Set the If Statement: Set the "If" to the "Event Reason", the one created above
- After Value select the event reason that you will be selecting to trigger the workflow
- For the "Then" statement: Set first box to"Set"
- For the left expression, open up the Job Information and go down to "wfconfig"
- The Workflow:
- After the value option, select the workflow created previously for the concurrent employment. You will find it in the list
- Finally, place the rule by going to Manage Business Configuration, finding the rule you have created and setting it as OnSave
