Symptom

  • When trying to navigate to some views, following exception occurs:

Business Server Page (BSP) error
What happened?
Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.
SAP Note
The following error text was processed in the system:
Default view BP_HEAD_SEARCH/FuzzyButtons of view area Root is not currently active. Default views must not be switched.

  • Normally, this issue happens with customer enhancements after upgrade. If set user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT to value A, the issue doesn't happen anymore.
