2402464 - Credentials are needed to load analytical applications on Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • After you have logged on Fiori Launchpad, you need to enter your credentials again in a popup window. Otherwise, the analytical applications may not be loaded and the tiles will show the error "Cannot load tile".
  • Or an error will occur "Service SMART_BUSINESS failed. Contact your system administrator. Cannot call service with URL: /sap/hba/r/sb/core/odata/modeler/SMART_BUSINESS.xsodata"
