2402724 - Sales Campaign Funds Facet Missing in the Campaign

The Sales Campaign Funds facet cannot be added via the Adatptation in a campaign.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign Work center.
2. Go to the Campaigns View.
3. Open Campaign ABC (ABC represents the campaign ID).
4. Select Adapt to enter into Adaptation mode, here Sales Campaign Funds Facet is not available to be added.

The Sales Campaign Funds Facet is not available because this related function is not scoped.

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects View.
3. Select the Project ABC (ABC represents the project name).
4. Click on the Edit Project Scope.
5. Go to Step 4 Questions.
6. Expand the Partner Channel Management.
7. Expand Partner Management.
8. Expand the Partner Program Management.
9. Select the Question 'Do you want to manage funds for these Partners, and monitor associated claims?' and enable the scoping. 

Now login the system again and open the campaign, you will be able to add this facet via Adaptation.
