After Creating a AD group to move a Volume Purchase Policy from AD to static, the following error is thrown and only some of the devices linked to the AD group recieve the VPP app.
"VPP1015: IOS VPP: Exception : 'The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_A_IPHONE_DEVICE_VPP_HASH_LIST_A_IPHONE_VPP_HASH". The conflict occurred in database "Afaria", table "dbo.A_IPHONE_VPP_HASH", column 'VPPHashID'.
The statement has been terminated.'"
