Symptom

Running a script generated by LOAD DATABASE with LISTONLY=CREATE_SQL, UNTIL_TIME fails with error 4305

Example:
Msg 4305, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ASE', Line 3:
Specified file 'dump device' is out of sequence. Current time stamp is Dec  9
2016 10:37:19:290AM while dump was from Dec  9 2016  6:37:18:210AM.
