Symptom

  • A SELECT query that joins sysoptions, sysprocesses and monProcessActivity tables failed with a "Current process infected with signal 11" error in the module querytuning_ins_sysoptions() with a stack trace:

Current process (0x...) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x0000000001579b2d (querytuning_ins_sysoptions+0xed), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0x0000000000000004)

  • The stack trace contain the folllowing functions
