2403049 - Workflow approval history not appearing in History

Referring to the SAP SF Implementing Employee Central Core a section on 'View Workflow Approval History'. However, this button is not visible in history records.

SAP SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral - Workflow

1. Go to one of the below mentioned effective-dated portlet.
2. Click on History Icon.
3. Navigate to the record which is associated with workflow.
4. Observe a button "View Approval History" near "Edit" button.

View approval history button is available for below 4 entities:

Personal Information	personalInfo
Job Information	jobInfo
Compensation Information	compInfo
Job Relationships	jobRelationsInfo

Missing Permissions

• "View approval history" button is only available for the records in history for which a workflow exists.
• This button is visible just beside Edit button.
  

• The user must have "view current" and "view history" permission to at least a single field of that portlet/entity.
• In addition the user must have permissions to "" for the required portlet. This permission can be found under the "Employee Data" permission section. 
  Only the View permission is relevant, Edit has no function.
