You can see on the tile of 'My Inbox' App in Fiori Launchpad that there is a 'x' number of items but when you click on the tile 'My Inbox' it displays zero items.
If you check the OData service of 'My Inbox' with the SAP Gateway Client you get those 'x' item entries.
