2403148 - Sap Host Agent 'sapstartsrv' - the initial password has expired (request a new one) - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

In Managed system configuration -> Select the Managed System -> Select Step 4 Assign Diagnostics agent :

You could see the error :

  • Connect diagnostics agents    unexpected error com.sap.smd.agent.plugin.connectors.webservice.web

In Host agent Connection status from System Monitoring

  • Version Check error (The server sent http status )

The SaphostExec status is running :

In the SAP host agent log (dev_rfc.trc) :

T:17590161764752 Error in program 'sapstartsrv': ======> The initial password has expired (request a new one)
T:17590161764752 Error in program 'sapstartsrv': <* RfcReceive [17] : returns 3:RFC_SYS_EXCEPTION
T:17590161764752 Error in program 'sapstartsrv': RfcOpenEx failed
