2403576 - Portal(irj/portal) shows a blank page after system upgrade

Symptom

  • Portal(irj/portal) shows a blank page after Netweaver system upgrade while other services like NWA, useradmin is working fine without any problem.
  • Checking the developer/Default Trace log files you see following exception:
