2403583 - Cannot Post Time for Sales Order for an Employee

You are not able to select the Sales Order for an Employee in Time Sheet while posting time.

1. Go to Time Administration workcenter.

2. Select Time Sheet view.

3. Search the Employee ID: XXX (where XXX represents Employee ID).

4. Select Time Entry and Add Row.

5. You cannot search the required Sales Order.

Service Performer under Sales Order is not assigned to employee XXX.

1. Go to Sales Order workcenter.

2. Open required Sales Order.

3. Navigate to tab : Items.

4. Add Row to add new line item.

5. Under Details sub-tab navigate to Service and add employee XXX under Service Performer.
