2403679 - Online Report Designer (ORD) report download not displaying all columns with PDF export

A report created in ORD, Name: XYZ Report and when I am downloading report in PDF only few columns come on the export and rest of the column does not appear on the export.

• Create a query selecting any domain
• please select more than 15 columns
• preview it, you will get all the columns on preview
• Export it in pdf and the data truncates

The reason why it doesn't work is because of huge amount of columns selected in the query.

You have added n number of columns in your report and exporting this many column in PDF, word or ppt is not a recommended option keeping in mind the page size of these formats and this is not a Product bug but a general limitation which these formats have. Even if you add 25 columns in any of these formats, the text size will be so small that you won't be able to even read anything.

SuccessFactors do provide the different page size like A3, A4, A5, LETTER but none of these can accommodate 25 columns.

These formats are mainly to export the charts and tables which can be accommodated within the page size, not the List Report with lot of columns.

If you want whole table to be exported, please use tabular forms as in xls, csv etc.
