2403722 - DB6: SQL1224N error during uninstalling SAP system using SWPM

Symptom

You want to uninstall your SAP system running on DB2 LUW using SWPM.
During the uninstall, the SQL1224N error occurs when dropping the tablespace SAPEVENTMON.

In the output file last_command.out, you find the following error:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DROP TABLESPACE SAPEVENTMON
DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. 
During SQL processing it returned: SQL1224N The database manager is not able to accept new requests,
has terminated all requests in progress, or has terminated the specified request because of an error or a forced interrupt.
