2403811 - Unable to synchronize the contracts from Sourcing & CLM to ECC. At Sourcing & CLM side, we are unable to perform modifications or changes to the already imported contracts from ECC.

Symptom

Import the contracts (Outline Agreements) from ECC to SAP Sourcing & CLM. now when you try to modify the imported contracts (Master Agreements) in SAP Sourcing & CLM and then publish it back to ECC/ERP you will be unable to perform modifications or changes to the already imported contracts.
