2404003 - Employee Central Upgrade Features shows as "Feature enabled" or "Feature disabled"

Employee Central Legal Changes (Country Specific) upgrades shows as "Feature disabled" or "Feature enabled" in Upgrade Center UI:

b1611 Onwards

Go to Admin center > Upgrade Center > Search for Certain Features with status shown as "Feature Disabled" or "Feature Enabled"

Since b1308, we rolled out an enhancement with the use case given below:

Description : When user/CS/PS performs upgrade / undo action from outside of upgrade center, system should not display the " Upgrade successful" or "Undo Successful".

Case 1: When user Upgrades a feature from upgrade center and performs UNDO action from outside of upgrade center, then the status message should be displayed as " Feature Disabled " and " Upgrade" action should be enabled.

Case 2: When user perform UNDO action from Upgrade center and enables the feature from outside of upgrade center, then the status message 
should be displayed as " Feature Enable ", " UNDO " action should be enabled and Next Steps should be provided.

To have a more desirable status for enablement of certain features in Upgrade center, please enable the feature via upgrade center again. After these steps has been taken, an "Undo" selection should show up on the Actions column instead of "Upgrade Now".

When you remove the field assigned for the feature that you have enabled, it would revert back into the previous status: "Feature Disabled"
