Is it possible to display all selected data in Talent Search export file?

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Under Succession go to Talent Search;
2. Do a basic search (Example: "Reason for Leaving" & "Department") > click "Search";
3. Select any user and click "Export" button at the top of the page;
4. A pop-up window with the list of all fields supported by Talent Search v2 is shown, selecting fields from this list will show in the export file.

   

Note: The standard fields, background element fields, ratings that are available in the export list is based on the users' permission to search the field, defined on Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Permission Role X > Permission > Talent Search Field. You cannot export 'Job Information' in the talent Search results as it is not a standard, background or rating field, however you can still search on it.

As per H2 2020 Release (SCM-1216), we are now able to export the following fields from talent search.

• Basic Information
• Background Information
• Ratings + Competencies
• MDF Talent Pool

Note: The maximum number of columns which could be exported at one time was 256, this has now been increased to a limit of 16,384 columns in the b2305 release. If the data you want to export exceeds the limit of 16,384 columns, the excess part, together with other data that is part of the same search criterion, will not be exported.
