2404281 - The Assignment Priority of the Items in a Curricula is not showing on the Learning Plan

When assigning a Curricula with a Priority to users, the items contained in the Curricula are displayed with no priority on the Learning Plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go LMS admin page.
2. Learning Activities.
3. Curricula.
4. Action Menu.
5. Assign.
6. Select any users to assign.
7. Select a Priority during the assignment.
8. Assign to a user.
9. Go the user’s Learning Plan.
10. No priority is found when checking the curriculum assigned items.

This is expected behavior because the Assignment Priority is only affecting the Curricula.

The Priority of items are associated with Assignment Type but not inherit from the Priority of the Curricula.

To determine the Priority of an item, you need to go to

1. Reference >
2. Learning >
3. Assignment Type >
4. Define the priority of the Assignment Type >
5. Apply the Assignment Type to items.

Also, to find the Curriculum priority, access the Curriculum page by clicking the Curriculum Compliance Indicator whenever a user has any items pending completion.
