2405157 - Error Invalid Parameter in UPAR1

Symptom

1. When running the payroll driver for USA (RPCALCU0 or RPCALCU0_CE) you are receiving an error under UTX0 or UTAC, UPAR1 parameters:

    HRPAYUS_MESSAGES:105
    Invalid parameter

2. In the SaaS payroll you are receiving the error:

   GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR
   An error occurred when determining the business system (SLD_API_EXCEPTION)
