2405262 - Approver cannot add catalog item to Shopping Cart

Symptom

User has to approve or review a Shopping Cart from his worklist. He tries to add a new item from a catalog, but can't check out back to the original Shopping Cart.

Instead of returning to the original Shopping Cart screen he sees a dump error, blank screen or blank shopping cart.
