2405331 - Trying to load a Tile from Fiori UI fields a 403 Forbidden error - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • ITSM report page errors
  • ChaRM report tile will not load
  • What service needs to be activated
  • Error (403, Forbidden) in OData response GET <link> Details: No service found for namespace /UI2/, name <page>, version 0001
  • Drill into dashboard tile and get error:
    Service cannot be reached
    The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.
    Please select a valid URL
