Notifications can be found by swiping to the Notifications Area on the Right of the Launchpad in Fiori 2.0. However, it is possible to enable a Notification Preview which will display on the main page of Fiori 2.0 without having to swipe.
The Notifications can be displayed on your Launchpad like the image below as well as in the notifications area to the right.
