2405459 - IQ got crashed when sp_iqrebuildindex executed in the process of upgrading to IQ16.

IQ got crashed when sp_iqrebuildindex executed in the process of upgrading to IQ16.
Customer upgraded IQ from IQ12.5.
(12.5 -> 12.7 ESD#5 -> 16.0 SP11 PL04)

There were no Unfoced constraint, errors during iqunload.
All column is "flat fp" because of minimize_storage option was 'OFF' in IQ12.5.
