2405472 - Error: "Query Limits Exceeded" when refreshing a report based off a Universe in Crystal Reports for Enterprise or in SAP BI LaunchPad

• When refreshing a report, it fails with the error: 'Query Limit Exceeded'
• It is possible to refresh successfully a Web Intelligence document off the same Universe.   
• When refreshing a report in SAP BI LaunchPad it fails with the error: 'Query Limit Exceeded...  [JRC00005414]---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]'
• In Crystal Reports for Enterprise, when refreshing a report based off a Universe that have a query limit set, it always displays the following error:
        
  "Query Limits Exceeded
   The query did not finish running because a size or time limit imposed by the data source was exceeded.
  
   Please do one of the following:
   - Apply additional filters to reduce the size of your result set.
   - Apply additional filters to speed up your query.
   - Contact your System Administrator."
