2405756 - Cannot iterate over result set rows: SAP DBTech JDBC: [257] (at 197): sql syntax error: incorrect syntax near "WITH": line 1 col7 (at pos 196)

Symptom

The customer start the script HANA_Configuration_Parameters_1.00.70+ from SQL statement from SAP Note 1969700 and get the error:
"Cannot iterate over result set rows: SAP DBTech JDBC: [257] (at 197): sql syntax error: incorrect syntax near "WITH": line 1 col7 (at pos 196)"
