2406005 - Interviewers portlet is missing - Recruiting Management

Interviewer’s portlet on the candidate application summary is missing

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select a Job Requisition
3. Select a Candidate
4. Check the Candidate application summary
5. You will notice that the Interviewer portlet is nowhere to be found

Interview Scheduling is enabled on Manage Recruiting Settings.

Please note you can not use both the features "Interview Scheduling" and the old version of scheduling interview from "Setup Interviewer" at the same time. You can either use the "Interview Scheduling" for scheduling interview which is a new one or an old process where you select the interviewers under "Setup Interviewers".

As soon as you enable "Interview Scheduling" from Admin tools> Manage recruiting settings, System will automatically hide "Setup Interviewers" portlet in the status.

To have this portlet visible, please disable the feature "Interview Scheduling" from Manage Recruiting Settings. Once you disable it, you will start seeing Interviewer portlet.

Steps.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search for Manage Recruiting Settings
3. Go to Interview Scheduling
4. Uncheck "Enabled Interview Scheduling"
5. Click Save

    6. Go back to candidate application summary
