2406061 - Violation Data cannot be written to the cube areas (no access) in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

When you try to import a data into a model with the privacy feature enabled, the following error message appears:

  • Violation Data cannot be written to the cube areas (no access)
  • Violação: os dados não podem ser escritos nas áreas de cubo (sem acesso).

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • Privileges (metadata) for the model are missing.
  • If you activate the Privacy feature (switch), only the owner of the model and user roles that have specifically been granted access can see the data.
  • Disable this switch if you want the model and data to be public and confirm that the security roles associated with the user or team are correctly set (Write access activity).
