2406201 - Shortdump DBSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR when you open import history in STMS

When you try to open import history in STMS, the dump "DBSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR" happens.
The dump is like below:

 The termination occurred in ABAP program "SAPLSTFI", in "TRINT_FI_FILL_ALOG_CACHE". 
 The main program was "SAPMSSY1".
 In the source code, the termination point is in line 216 of (Include) program "LSTFIU07".
