2406364 - SQL error "SQL code: 0" against table "/SCWM/ORDIM_O" - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

You are running SAP EWM applications on SAP ASE database. At runtime, short dumps are encountered with the following errors:

Runtime Errors: DBSQL_SQL_ERROR

Short Text: SQL error "SQL code: 0" occurred while accessing table "/SCWM/ORDIM_O".

Upon examination of the ASE database errorlog, you find the corresponding error:

Error: 644, Severity: 21, State: 5 Index row entry for data row id (4061480, 5) is missing from index page 32414 of index id 4 of table '/SCWM/ORDIM_O' in database 'SID'. Xactid is (514268,5). Drop and re-create the index.
