2406365 - Deletion of Contract document gives error "java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.util.List.iterator() of an object loaded from local variable 'contactColln'

When user tries to delete contract document in any external phase for example Supplier Draft or Executed phase, system gives error "java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.util.List.iterator() of an object loaded from local variable 'contactColln' on the UI which is not understandable by the user
