2406552 - Transaction type is not displayed as follow-up document

Symptom

  • A transaction type is defined as follow-up document for another document type. However, system is not displaying this document as follow-up transaction in SAP WebUI

Example : You're using a business role of Sales, for example, SALESPRO. You want to define a Service document, an Indicent, as follow-up transaction for your sales documents. The case can be created as follow-up document in transaction CRMD_ORDER (SAPGUI) but not in WebUI. In WebUI the case is not shown as a follow-up document.
