2406649 - Writing Assistant button is not showing in the form - Performance Management

The Writing Assistant button is missing in Forms even though it's enabled in Provisioning and Form Template Settiings.

If you are not using Rich text editor in the form template, the Writing Assistant will not show in the form.

At this time, we do not support writing assistant for comments in plain text.

In order to show the Writing Assistant button, please Enable Rich text editor in your forms.

To enable this feature, please navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management Feature Settings > Rich text editor for PM and 360.

In case you cannot see the option Performance Management Feature Settings under Performance Management, please refer to the KBA 2325972 - How to enable Performance Management Feature Settings.
