2407053 - Customized Slides - Presentations

This article explains how to use customized (custom profile) slides in Presentations.

1. Go to Presentations > create a new Presentation or edit an existing one.
2. In the main selection menu, click “Upload PowerPoint or PDF Slides” and upload the slides you would like to use as the basis for your customized slides. Then, add the static slide you would like to use to your presentation.
3. In the main selection menu, click “Add Customized Slides” > an instructions pop-up message will be displayed > click “Yes, I Know These Already!” to continue.
4. In the “Add Custom Profile Slide” dialog, you can drag and drop the Live Profile elements available on the right to your static slide. You can select the employee’s photo, standard and background elements.

 

5. Once you are done, click “Continue”.
6. Then, you will need to select the users you would like to create the customized slides for. You can do so by selecting users individually or by adding a whole team. Please note that slides will be created for all users appearing under “Selected people” and not only to the ones whose checkbox is selected. If you want to remove some users, you should select their checkboxes and click “Remove from Selected”. Once you are done, click “Save”.

 

7.  One Live Slide is created for each of the selected users.

 

The labels of the standard elements will not be displayed. You may need to consider including the labels as placeholders in the Static Slides.

Note: Once you finalize the Customized Slide it will be converted to a Live Slide and you will no longer be able to edit it. To help ensure that the data and look of the slide is correct you can use the 'Preview' function.
