2407553 - Required Field validation is not working for 360 forms - 360 Multi Rater

Competency section of the 360 forms is set as required field but the system is allowing to move the form to the completed stage without updating the competency section.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi Rater

This is caused due to misconfiguration in the 360 template. The following send action is used in 360 form:

complete_360: complete 360.
save: save the form
save_and_close: save and close the form

In the 360 template configuration,you need to update the send action :
