2407556 - Failed to load Javascript resource: Component-preload.js

Symptom

  • When executing a UI5 application, the error Failed to load Javascript resource: Z_MyUI5Application/Component-preload.js appears in the browser console.

  • You may also receive a pop-up error while opening the app saying "Could not open app. Please try again later"
  • On newer versions, the pop-up has the text: "App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded"
